How long will it take for my painting to be delivered?
After payment confirmation, production takes up to 5 business days. Shipping is immediate, and delivery times vary depending on your region.
How do I track my order?
Once your painting is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to track its entire journey to your home.
Can I return a painting if I don't like it?
Yes! At Letz®, you have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
What do I do if my painting arrives damaged?
If your painting arrives with any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll resolve the issue quickly!
